Frequently asked questions

Is the NX-LV1 Bluetooth?

No. The NX-LV1 uses a dedicated 2.4GHz wireless link, not Bluetooth. That means there are no pairing menus to fight with — the transmitters connect to the receiver automatically the moment you power them on. Compared with Bluetooth you get lower latency, a stronger, more stable signal and better range, so your audio stays locked to your video.

Does it work with iPhone 15 and 16?

Yes. iPhone 15 and 16 use a USB-C port, and the USB-C receiver you need is included in the box. Plug it in, power on the mics and you're recording — no adapter to buy separately.

Can two people record at the same time?

Yes. Both transmitters feed a single receiver at once, so you can mic up two people for interviews, podcasts, duets and co-host videos and capture them together on one device.

Do I need an app?

No. The NX-LV1 is fully plug-and-play. There's no app to download, no account to create and no pairing to set up. Plug the receiver into your device and record.

How long does the battery last?

Each transmitter runs for up to 6 hours of recording on a single charge, and recharges to full in around 30 to 60 minutes over USB-C.

Does it work with laptops and PCs?

Yes. The USB-A receiver fits standard USB ports on Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, and the USB-C receiver covers newer USB-C laptops — so the NX-LV1 works for streaming, calls, online teaching and desktop recording as well as phones.

What's the wireless range?

Up to 20 metres line of sight. Keep the transmitter and receiver within view of each other and you can move around freely while your audio stays clean.

What's the returns policy?
