Not happy within 30 days? Full refund, no questions asked.
If you are not completely satisfied with your NX-LV1, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email hello@nexvox.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and let us know you would like to return your order. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions.
Condition of returns
Please return the item with all included parts — both transmitters, all three receivers, windscreens, cable, pouch and manual — in resaleable condition where possible. A refund is still available if the item is faulty, regardless of condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return postage — just contact us first and we will arrange it.
Your statutory rights
These terms are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
