Shipping policy
Everything you need to know about how your NEXVOX order is shipped and when to expect it.
Where we ship
NEXVOX ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK facility.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Pre-order items are dispatched on or around the estimated dispatch date shown at checkout — if that date changes, we will email you.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via a tracked service. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions are applied automatically.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@nexvox.co.uk and we will help.
Problems with delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email hello@nexvox.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photograph, and we will put it right.
