About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of nexvox.co.uk and any purchase you make from NEXVOX. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Pre-orders
Where an item is sold as a pre-order, the full amount is charged at the time of order and the item is dispatched on or around the estimated dispatch date shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance takes place when we dispatch your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing hello@nexvox.co.uk. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
